Indeed, there is something in the mountain air and idyllic natural creations that give us back the harmony and stamina.
Day first: Departure from Belgrade at 7: 00h, arrival in Zlatibor, conquering the highest peak - Tornik1,496 meters above sea level. Hiking tour to the top of Tornik takes about an hour and a half (optional cable car). We enjoy the sights of Zlatibor and Murtenica. The journey continues to Sjenica with a pause in the Zlatar lake to enjoy the view. Accommodation in the evening, free time, overnight.
Day second: After breakfast departure to thetheUvac Lake (10 am) and the ride through magical meanders of Uvac (cruise meanders, walking to one of the most beautiful viewpoint, watching griffon vultures) After cruising back, free time on the shore of the lake (in summer swimming). Optional possibility of organized lunch. Overnight.
Day Two: The last day of our adventure we set out to conquer the Pešter plateau or 'Serbian Siberia' as also known, the walking tour duration3-4h. After walking tours optional lunch. In the afternoonreturn to Belgrade,expected arrival 22h.
Meanders of Uvaclake is fairy-tale nature reserve with the one of the most beautiful landscapesin Serbia. Uvac River Gorge is located in southwest Serbia between Nova Varos and Sjenica. Three decades ago the valley of the river Uvac has been flooded forming three lakes: Uvac, Zlatar and Radoinjsko. Uvac lake is about 27 km long, while its maximum depth reaches 108m. The most beautiful panorama view on Uvac lake is called Molitva.
UvacRiveron its way through the limestone rocks for centuries has made meanders looking like maze. You can find meanders on the whole course until Radonjsko lakebut they are most pronounced at the Uvac Lake. The basic value of this area is the presence of very rare and scarce species of vultures - Griffon vulture.
Pešter plateau-the largest plateau on the Balkan Peninsula and one of the largest in Europe, in recent years it has become a hit among fans of tourism, new unexplored area and untouched, undisturbed natural beauty. With an altitude of 1150 meters and a floor area of 63 square kilometers it is a unique, enchanting natural oasis in the heart of Europe.
Pešter is located behind the seven magnificent mountains, when you get to this vast plateau, you can i just a single glance. Golija, Javor, Zlatar, Jadovnik, Ozren, Gilje and Žilindar surrounding the plateau on all sides, providing mesmerizing landscape.
Tornik: The highest peak of Zlatibor is high 1496 meters above sea level. It is ten kilometers from the King's Water, the center of Zlatibor and famous tourist resort. Nearby is an artificial Ribnica Lake and water treatment plant where you can find a magnificent landscape. Tornik is surrounded byZlatibor villages Rayon, Jablanica, Poles,Dobroselica and Draglica. At Tornik you can find the most famous ski center in Western Serbia .
